  2. Thanks Bruce, but when I do this I get the whole curve/shape complete with the photo/texture contained within. I just wanted to copy the texture into a new shape, without having to trawl back through all my original files. ian
  3. Thanks Callum, BUT I go into layers and can copy and paste the whole curve/shape complete with the texture/pic (Affinity Designer) But I just want to copy the texture/pic into another independent curve. Alternatively am I able click and find out what the texture/pic file is called Thanks Ian
  4. I have created a shape and pasted in a photo background successfully. How can I use the same photo background and place it in a new shape in a new file. apple Copy apple paste? I feel there must be an easy way I'm missing. Love the program.

  6. Thanks Mike, In Quark I just get a grey postcript error box. AD's - PDF export is fine, but it's not really how I do things. (I need Quark for the various sizes/crops etc) I'll look into the prospect of whether my old Quark is the issue. Thanks.

  8. Hi, I’m loving AD to create my vector drawings. BUT am having trouble when I export a .eps The eps is not readable when I place it in a Quark file prior to saving as a pdf. However same eps can be opened in illustrator and resaved so it then can be placed. But I wanted to move away from Illustrator. I’m wondering if I am exporting the eps correctly, but have tried lots of variations and am at a loss. Thanks ian
