Creating an editable PDF?

Caro3073 posted a topic in [ARCHIVE] Designer beta on macOS threads

Hi all, A client wants to have a personalized wedding invite for each of her guests, with their name at the top. Is there a way for me to create an editable PDF of the design (including the font, of course) so that she can add in the names herself? Or will I have to create 100+ unique files of the invite? Thanks!
