Can you add a converter for opening Page Plus files in Publisher? My Page Plus does not work with Windows 10 so I cannot convert to a usable format. My old laptop which died was Windows 7 and ran PP just fine.

Will Publisher be a separate purchase?

When Publisher is released, will it be a separate purchase? If I buy the Designer, can't I do some of the DTP?
