  1. I have apparently fixed this problem myself. I read the bugs section and discovered the data reset feature of pressing 'Ctrl' when starting. I 'Selected All' and then started Affinity Designer made a test document with some gradients, and whatnot and was able to save it. Apparently something got hinked up when I upgraded from the previous version, but appears to be working okay at this point.
  2. Since upgrading Affinity Designer to 165, I am unable to save projects. When I select Save or Save As on a new project, I never get a save dialog to save the project, and I am unable to close Affinity Designer except by going to the task bar, right clicking and selecting close window thereby losing all of my work. I am using Windows 10 on a very powerful PC. Did not have this problem before upgrading.
