  1. I recently used affinity photo to make some simple changes to a scanned image before exporting it as.tiff. The image is a full colour illustration, scanned at 300 dpi CMYK. I made no changes resolution or the colour format, simply made necessary alterations and exported it as a .tiff. When I brought the file into my layout in adobe designer I found that the colour had lightened noticeably, and that there is less contrast. Is it possible there is some sort of auto colour change happening on import that I've set up accidentally? or is there a setting on export that might be changing contrast or colour? I'm completely mystified and quite concerned ..... can anyone shed any light on what might be happening? or has anyone experienced similar?? Thank you in advance. BB
  2. Hi, I signed up for the affinity designer free trail yesterday and immediately started the download. It was very slow so I left it overnight. This morning the progress line had not moved and the expected remaining download time was a 3 days. Is this normal?? Im on a MacOs Sierra version 10.12.6 Thanks! Brooke
