  1. i am still waiting for affinity to send me an email with my key to open my new affinity photo that ii paid for and have to contact through their email given to me from this site affinitysupport@serif.com but still no reply. If i do not hear from them i guess i will have to contact paypal to get my money back.


  2. i require an email to get my order finalized and product key to complete download on purchased affinity photo made today. My first log on to purchase required a registration which was duly done but because i had to restart my computer to complete the required action i lost the key and when i went back to affinity it would not recognize my password. I do not fancy phoning from australia and waiting on a costly line to get a direct answer to my problem.
