Export high resolution .EPS file

Could someone supply the exact settings I need to export a .png file as a high res .eps file? The original .png file is approximately 600 KB and I need the .eps file to be about the same size. Currently, when I export this file it is far smaller than I need it - approximately 34 KB. Many thanks
