  1. You guys are SO clever. Thank you very much owenr and gdenby. I really appreciate you taking the time to provide this really helpful advice.
  2. Hello, I'm evaluating Designer as I spend a lot of time documenting behaviour using loops. The attached are examples. I tried for quite some hours yesterday trying to work out how to create such diagrams. I made some progress. I have been able to create a nice arrow head and have some of the curves but I could not make the whole thing work as I would like. And what I did seemed to take an enormous amount of time. My conclusion? I must be approaching this incorrectly. So, I wonder, may I seek some suggestions for how more experienced Designer users would approach these task please? Thank you.
  3. I am trying to draw diagrams with lots of loops. I have posted an example below. I tried for a few hours last night before eventually giving up when Designer crashed. What would really help is to have guide tools such as those available in Sketch Pro. The Ruler, Protractor, French Curve and Perspective tools in particular would be very helpful. Oh, and plus 1 more for arrow and other heads and tails for lines (although I note lots of acceptable work arounds for these). Otherwise, a great product.

  5. I am evaluating Affinity and Sketch. I prefer Affinity so far but also like the Ruler and protractor (Ellipse) guide tools in sketch. Are there equivalent tools in Affinity? Thanks very much Cheers Tony
  6. Well, for me it would be to show continuous iterative cycles e.g. wake up - go to work - go home - go to sleep [repeat]. A more real-world example would be Plan - Do - Check - Act [repeat]. That said, I don't know how to draw it. How would I then draw a continuous iterative loop around a timeline (a straight line at the centre of the loops)? And if I wanted to break the loop to add an arrow head, write some text and continue (text such as above)? Attached is an example of what I'm trying to achieve
