How many computers can I install per license?

Jeff Blum posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

This is for Windows platform. 1st user have a PC + laptop 2nd user have 2 PCs in different location + laptop I would like to know can I buy 1 license for each user but able to install on multiple machines? if yes what is the max? The person will only use one PC or laptop each time but never both. Thanks!
