ok deleted the program, reinstalled the program, still freezes when i try to open photos, I force quit app, and relaunch then reopen same photo and it works. What is wrong with the app? and why cant I find real help?

will i have to pay for it again?

any advice on what i can do?

running 10.3.3, images stored on ipad not cloud, I do double press the home button and quit and reopen app and the image does open sometimes.

Hello lee, I used the Import from photos. the photos are from my iphone. I also have a canon 50d, but none of the pic I tried to load r from that camera. but the 50d is on the list you gave me a link to. I think something is wrong with the software I downloaded.

Hello, I purchased the program today, but it shuts down or freezes when i try to open a photo. I have a ipad pro 12.9 and ipencil. what can i do to get the program running. I can't find a tech support phonenumber anywhere. This is a disappointing way to start.
