  1. Hi, i know/think that Publisher is made to be more professional than Apples Pages. The thing is, i made a lot Flyers with Pages'09 and i often used the rough brush-strokes (for Text-Frames and Images) and various Frame-Styles (that looks like a Photo-Frame with shadow, a ripped of paper, a stamp, etc.) – With Pages this is a single click to add that "art"-frames or Strokes to any object I would love to see such Frames/Strokes in Publisher… Maybe there are some other ways to get those Frames (maybe even in a higher quality than in Pages)? Thanks a lot P.S.: Why i don't use Pages then? Well, Pages'09 is old and slow, the newer Pages-Version doesn't have some basic features for DTP which '09 has – Publisher is so much faster and more modern :) i would love to use it instead.
  2. With Values i mean values for: - Brush-Size - Layer Density - Font-Size - … All those values where you can click a little arrow and get a Drop Down with a Slider. Currently you have to: - point to and click the arrow - point to the Slider-Handle - click and drag the slider (in Photo and Designer) In Photoshop there is a faster way: - Point to the label of the Value - Click and drag to change the Value Quick, Easy. I would love to see a similar trick in Photo / Designer :)
  3. Hi, you can convert the image to an icc-profile. But you can only select installed profiles that are in the same color-mode as the original image. So, if you have a RGB-Image and you like to convert it to an CMYK-Profile for a print-studio, you have to do two steps: 1.) Switch to CMYK-Mode 2.) Convert to the ICC (now you see the CMYK-Profiles) It would be much easier, if you could convert a RGB-Image directly to a CMYK-Profile. …and it would be nice if the last selection would be preset for the next time. So if you need to convert to a specific ICC a lot (in my case i have the one cmyk-profile for the print-studio that i need over and over again) it would speed up the workflow.
