What kind of adjustments can be exported as LUTs ?

I found the issue. I had to create adjustments layers. Not quite confortable with the concepts

Hi, I don’t understand how to properly export my adjustments to a LUT. I have on made extreme change on a picture on purpose, export the LUT. When I open a LUT in another app on the same image i used to build the LUT, i don’t see the same effects but only subtle changes. What am I missing ? Thanks
