I am having trouble with line spacing when pressing the return key. Ordinary continuous type is ok but if I want for example, to put an address on several lines the line spaces increase as if I am starting a new paragraph. Is there any way to stop this, I know I can correct this later but it is driving me nuts. Hope you can help Thanks Test.afpub

Hi Many thanks for the replies. It sort of worked. I created a table with 3 columns and edited borders etc. When I created a table with 5 columns it was ok but if I created one with an even number of columns the right hand border was not correct, please see attached. I do not seem to be able to put a border around the outside of a table. It only lets me put one around the cell
