  1. @James Ritson Hi James, do you had time to take a look at this? Best, Tobias
  2. Hi, I am re-evaluating Affinity Photo for our company almost every year (because we want to get rid of Photoshop), but a showstopper for us remains since the intial OCIO support of AP. Every View that incorporates a Look simply does not respect the specified Look. Please find attached comparing screenshots that show that Views that do not incorprate looks (sRGB ACES) are matching nicely between Nuke and AP, but others (Looktest ACES) do not. This is the configured Look and display/view: displays: ACES: - !<View> {name: Looktest, colorspace: ACES - ACEScg, look: debug} looks: - !<Look> name: debug process_space: ACES - ACEScg transform: !<GroupTransform> children: - !<FileTransform> {src: sRGB_to_linear.spi1d, interpolation: linear, direction: inverse} The sample EXR file is attached, as well as the OCIO config that is based on the ACES 1.0.3 config. LUTs can be downloaded here: https://github.com/hpd/OpenColorIO-Configs/tree/master/aces_1.0.3 Looking forward to hearing from AP support. Best, Tobias sample.exr config_affinity.ocio
  3. Hi, what's the current status of this? I was re-evaluating AP yesterday and it seems like this behaviour did not change at all. Currently I am testing for a company that is considering switching to AP for 100+ artist seats. Unfortunately the missing look implementation in OCIO is (still) a showstopper for us. Workarounds that incorparate rebuilding the looks of the OCIO config in AP are not an option. This is at least cumbersome and many cases could not be achieved - if for example Matrix files or CDLs are part of the looks. Please find attached comparing screenshots that show that Views that do not incorprate looks (sRGB ACES) are matching nicely between Nuke and AP, but others (Looktest ACES) do not. 4. Hi, I just startet testing with the trial and recognized that all views that incorporate looks simply don't work. In my opinion looks do not need to be exposed to the user (Nuke, Maya and others don't do this as well). But they should just work if used in Views. Any plans to fix this soon? It's a showstopper for the company that I'm testing for. Thanks, Tobias
