  1. I contacted customer support and will see what turns up. Thanks to both of y'all for being so supportive! I also had a theory that since I am a minor and don't have a credit card I got parental consent and used my parents. The name on the card would be different to the name on the account. Maybe the payment didn't go through? Thanks again!
  2. Ok, so after about 4 hours since the purchase, I still haven't received the email. Is there anyway to still get the software of have I just shot myself in the foot. Thanks! Alfred, I tried multiple times on the password reset. Thanks!
  3. Hi Community, I just bought Affinity Designer but it says my account is non-existent when I try to reset password. I had bought it on one computer but was going to try to download it on another computer. I use Windows 10 on both PCs. Thanks!
