  2. Hi, I'm having a huge problem that is keeping me from being able to work for a few days now. I hope someone from Serif can help me soon. Every time I start Affinity I get this message: An Underhanded Exception has occurred and the application cannot continue. The Crash Reporter will be displayed after the application exits. Code: 0x0000005 I've contacted Affinity on Twitter and I got this reply: Can you please check the version of .NET that you have installed if it is 4.7 please uninstall and re-install I've replied back that I can't find a way to uninstall it on Win 10, it's not on Add/Remove Programs, so I got this reply: Please download the latest version from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55170&desc=dotnet47 I replied back: I did, It says I already have it installed, but I can't uninstall it on WIN10, It doesn't show up on Add/Remove Programs I get this message: .NET Framework 4.7 or later update is already installed on this computer. This I got this message back: please follow these steps to remove .NET - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/908077/how-to-manually-remove-and-then-reinstall-the-net-framework-2-0 Unfortunately none of this steps work because all of them require this: Click Start, click Run, type installer in the Open box, and then click OK. On the View menu in Windows Installer, click Details, right-click the Name column header, and then click Comment. Right-click the cached Windows Installer file that has the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 RTL x86 enu comment, and then click Repair. After the repair process has completed, quit Windows Installer. And on .3 I cant find any Microsoft .NET Framework ... on the column Comment. I've learned that Windows 10 (maybe only the Creators Update?) comes with .NET 4.7 already installed so it's not possible to uninstall. It shows up in Turn Windows Features On or Off window (See attached) But even If I turn it off and restart Windows, still doesn't work. My Computer is up top date. Clean and organized. It's a fairly new installation. So I'm stuck. I can't Start Affinity.... Please help.
