where is pdf file?

Does the affinity program not support the Smart Objects feature? I really want to use that function as in Photoshop.Has this company not responded to that?I hope it will be applied and updated as soon as possible.I love the Affinity. smart object icon.pdf HELP.pdf

i want to use the ‘mesh wrap tool’ in affinity designer. however, affinify designer not have such a function. but affinity photo has the function that i’ve been looking for. however, the image format is output ‘pixel’ i want to be the output with ‘curve’ please help me. i want to complete A in the same shape as B.
