  1. Has there been any update to allow you to delete multiple swatches? I was scratching my head over this one myself and sure there had to be a way. I only like to see the swatches I am actually using in any document. (One of the first things I used to do after an Illustrator install was delete every swatch and re-save the default AI files.) As it stands, I'm finding it quite painful to manage limited colour pallets in Designer. The 'recent' colour swatches are useful, but can't always be relied upon.
  2. Evenly distributing a selection of objects in Affinity Designer is less intuitive and far less efficient than it could be in my opinion. Even when you find the distribute options, hidden under the Arrange button, they are greyed out. The little icons for 'Space Horizontally' and 'Space Vertically' are very easy to miss, grouped with the alignment buttons, and it's not at all obvious that you have to click on one of these to activate the distribute options. Once you know how to do it, it's still very inefficient. It requires all these steps: 1. Click on the Arrange icon 2. Click on the Space Horizontally (or Space Vertically) button 3. Uncheck the 'Auto Distribute' option 4. Click on the disclosure triangle (or the text field) 5. Drag the slider (or enter a number) 6. Click 'Done' or click outside the pop-up. Making matters worse, none of these settings are remembered. If you change your mind and want to change the distance between objects, you have to go right through all six steps again. To complete the same task in Illustrator: 1. Click on a 'key object' (this is also unintuitive) 2. Click on the text field 3. Enter a number 4. Click on one of the Distribute Space buttons Illustrator also remembers the last number entered, so you can apply it to multiple selections, or you can change the number for the current selection and it's down to three steps—half that of Affinity Designer. I'd love to see this feature redesigned to be more efficient.
