Affinity closes between Photo and Tone Map Persona

I will open then edit a RAW Nikon (NEF) file in Affinity Photo. Then I develop which opens the photo in the Photo Persona. When I click Tone Map to open the photo in the Tone Map Persona, Affinity photo shuts down and closes by itself. I tried several times last night and this occurred every time. I have the most recent update installed, I'm running Windows 10, and this has never happened before.
