  1. Hi Gabe I have checked the folder %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports for photo, designer and publisher and have no reports at all in the reports folder?? Regards Malcolm
  2. Hi Gabe The email you sent as below. But I do not have a ????.dmp file? Malcolm GabrielM said: Hi @MalcolmC, Sorry for the delayed reply. Can you please attach the crash report? You should find it in %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports Thanks, Gabe.
  3. I wasn't sure what the crash report looked like as explained above. I did receive an email from you to my rnsl@btinternet.com account on the 29/7 what does a crash report look like, jpg or txt doc? Not seen either in the folders you sent the link %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports All a bit confusing
  4. Hi Gabe I did reply to your email but not heard if you received the files. In crash reports the folders attachments, backtrace and reports are empty the only files I can see are metadata size 0 bytes, options.json and settings.dat attached here, they don't sound very helpful to you. Regards Malcolm settings.dat options.json

  6. Hi, I am new to Afinity Designer and would like to know if anyone knows how to port DrawPlus X8 files to Afinity Designer? I have looked through the tutorial videos and these forums but not found a complete answer. I have tried using the PDF output from DrawPlus but it rasterizes some elements of the files. Thank you in advance
