Opening Nikon RAW files & DNG

gadgeteer posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have just downloaded this program and I seem to be having problems loading RAW files correctly. Here for example is a DNG file I have opened in both PS and Affinity. As you can see the exposure is very off in Affinity and lots of other Nikon RAW files are much worse. Is there some sort of filter/setting that's being applied by default or something?
