Can adjustments be applied to pixel mask layers?

Anyone knows how to do this? Applying leves ou curves ON a mask its a very elegant - and easy - way to refine that mask. In Photoshop its very easy and handy. But how could I do this in AP?

[AD] Vector persona eraser tool

Actually, It's a shame. AD is a hope replacing adobe workflow but how a vector software can compete with Ai without a basic and useful tool like that? It's essential for illustration and logo design. (Sorry my English)
