  1. I installed 1.7.3 and the issue persists. I've attached the hang report. I'm beginning to think this is not related to the Photo software but to some kind of a graphics problem on my machine. I downloaded a different product that is specific to HDR processing and every time I try to open files it crashes the whole OS. Affinity Photo_2019-10-03-110030_Andys-Mac-Pro.hang
  2. Chris, I completely erased the hard drive, re-installed Mojave, then reinstalled Photo and the issue persists. The photo below shows what happens - I get the splash screen and the idle mouse pointer. I had to take a photo of the screen because if I click anywhere else, the splash disappears. The icon in the dock has the active dot below it, but there is no Affinity Photo menu. Right clicking the icon, it says "Application Not Responding" and I have to force quit.
  3. I know this has at least been partially addressed before but I wanted to create a fresh topic in regards to the latest version. I installed from the Mac App Store and when I launch I get the splash screen but then nothing else happens. See attachments for the hang log, Affinity Photo 1.7.2, and machine (Mac Pro running Mojave). I've tried many things including holding Control on start up to clear preferences but nothing seems to work. Affinity Photo_2019-09-30-224324_Andys-Mac-Pro.hang
  4. I really need the ability to queue up a bunch of HDR merge jobs. I should be able to iterate over batches of files merging 5 to 1 or 3 to 1 or whatever. Not having to mouse through the menus every single time.
