Currently having trouble exporting a compatible 3 x 20 ft banner to the print department at Staples. Not sure exactly what settings are necessary to produce a file that will show up on their computers even for preview purposes. I can see a preview on my mac, but on their PCs the files show up as blank. I've included the file in case it helps anyone to provide an explanation. I assume I have the wrong settings, but am also concerned if the size of the file is causing this problem.
