When working with multiple layers it would be extremely beneficial to have a keyboard shortcut that would allow me to quickly select the next adjacent layer up/down to work on. Similar to how it works in Designer (attached photo) and Publisher. As far as I can tell this isn't possible in photo though.

Is there any reason why this isn't possible in photo? I mostly use photo myself.

Is there a way to create a keyboard shortcut to select the next adjacent layer up/down? As opposed to needing to click on it. I have tried searching, and looking at the available keyboard bindings but haven't found anything suitable, but i could very well be missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
