Flow or Opacity Hotkey/Shortcut

I'm a left-handed tablet user and my right hand needs access to the numpad. On mac rebinding the numpad isn't an option, it is firmly stuck on opacity. I'm also seeing a thread from 2016 complaining about this same issue.
