Callum - Any thoughts? I was hoping you - or someone else from Serif - may have responded by now. Should I just contact Serif and ask for another d/l link for the software I bought? Bob

Hi Callum, and thanks for the welcome. The preset window does show, but it is empty. After completion of the HDR merge and preliminary tonemapping (a kind of baseline tonemap, I guess), I only see what is shown in screengrab 1. Clicking on the dropdown below presets shows a blank too (as in screengrab 2). Any thoughts? Thanks Bob

My first post here, although I've had AP since the first Beta version came out. I have noticed over the last couple of months that my pre-sets for AP HDR were not listed on the left side of the screen, nor were the small accompanying images displayed which show an indication of what each effect looks like. I decided to reset AP by opening it up while holding down Ctrl, and clicking on reset all. Uh-oh, now I have no HDR presets showing. Help please! AP 1.6.5.123 Win 10 Pro version 1809 (64 bit)
