Using Affinity Photo 1.8.3 on Mac book Pro with Catalina and help topics has stopped working. Menu items displays but Help topics is blank. Is there a file I need to install?

Trying to print 4 page A5 book on A4 paper on an inkjet printer by printing even pages then reversing paper and reinserting then printing odd pages. It will print even page spread correctly pages but when I reinsert paper and try to print odd pages it will not display all of the pages and only prints half of the spread.Tried various options but non work.

I am attempting to print an eight page A6 booklet on one sheet of A4 paper folded and printed on both sides then cut. No matter how I set up the pages or printer it will not collate correctly I have tried it as a book and booklet but neither works. Is this a bug or am I attempting the impossible.
