I have tried to install the application over several days. It hangs on 'Installing Prerequisite: Microsoft .Net Framework' and will continue to hang. If you attempt to cancel it changes the button text to 'Cancelling' but continues to hang. On this last occasion I have let it run for several hours, but it still does not complete.
I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit, and the .Net Framework 4 is definitely already installed, not sure about other versions but can check if you need me to do so...
HELP!
