    Hello, sorry for late answer. My OS language is Turkish too.

    I can see only some of tool icons, others are just texts. Also I can only see version number on splash screen. I installed new build and it was same on first one too. You can see SS and dxdiag attachements. DxDiag.txt

    Tools are not shown with their icons and on splash screen I can only see version number. You can see attached image
