So this happened all of a sudden today -- I don't think anything has changed recently, though maybe I updated to the most recent version of Affinity photo recently, not sure. Anyway, right after I double-click the icon to launch, the splash screen appears, then the app interface shows for a split second. Then the interface is gone, as if minimized or hidden. I can see the app is running because there is still a dot under the icon in the ribbon at the bottom, and I can right-click to quit the app... But when I right-click the icon and choose the "Show" option, I get a big gray box. When I choose "Show all windows" , I get a message that says "no available windows".
I'd like to try the factory reset option to see if that fixes it, but when I try to launch by holding down CTRL key, it just activates the right-click context menu, which is what CTRL key does on a mac. Command key seems to have no effect at all-- just does the same behavior as above. Advice?
-update - and as the subject mentions, all Affinity products do the same thing... Photo 2, Designer 2, Publisher 2 (I have the universal license)
