.pct format need

I am trying to transition over to Affinity Photo and Designer. I work with video. One of the formats that is commonly exported from QuickTime Pro is the .pct format. I am cannot currently bring that format into Affinity Photo and would like to see this format supported. (I tried to attach a file for you to be able to see what I am talking about but the uploader said that I could not attach that type of file.)
