When I outline certain text (in this case SF Pro Apple font) it gives me this instead of true outline. Is this a setting I accidentally enabled or something else?

I want to rotate multiple objects at once, but when I select them all they rotate around one point. I want them to each rotate around their own center.

English isn't my first language so i'm struggling finding words to explain what i'm searching for. I want to duplicate the same centred object multiple times (cmnd + j) but keep the same distance between them. Like this:
