In the new assets panel, when dragging an asset into a document created in previous versions Designer, the asset deforms into a straight line. DESIGN TEMPLATE.aftemplate
Can not export file after update to 133

I'm having the same issue. Tried from a new document, but same result. Also tried with different PDF versions.
