saving in greyscale

In the beta version I could save images in greyscale. Now that I have purchased the full version I can no longer save images in greyscale. I can change the color format to greyscale and export it as a jpeg but it is exported in an RGB profile. How can I save it as a jpeg file in a greyscale profile?
