Text cursor not visible

I have noticed that the cursor within the text field has turned white. That's why it has disappeared. How can I change this? -
When I work in Publisher 2 for a while, the text cursor is suddenly no longer visible. You can see the cursor outside the text field. Inside the text field it has disappeared.
