  1. I need a little clarification. I am on the Transform box and I am resizing the individual image layers by entering percentages. (Width and Height are locked.) I don't see in the preferences to add percentage units in addition to the other units. So, in the Transform box I enter a percentage number to resize the image. If I enter 100% nothing will happen because my image layer is 100%. Yes, that's what I expect. So, I enter a different percentage, the image layer is resized, but then the Transform box no longer shows the new number of percentage, and instead it shows me the other units that it's been transformed to. If I use the Shear tool, it remembers the amount of shear I have used and I can revert back to the original 0 degrees, but this isn't the case when I scale, because I have no percentage display?
  2. In retrospect, for many of my files, I would import lower case text, then I'd click on the upper case button and begin to style it edge to edge within the text box.
  3. Attached are: The original PSD file. JPG of how it should look. JPG of how the PSD opens. How the PSD opens: How it should look: Original PSD file opens like this.psd
  4. Yes, you can give me a drop box link. I didn't know if I can attach the files here.
  5. Can I move this to the desktop questions forum, or the moderator moves it?
  6. Hi, I am a brand new V1.10 user. (I am posting here, because the FAQ section is "read only.") I purchased Affinity several years ago, but didn't install it until several weeks ago; so, that's why I am starting with 1.10 version and not the latest. I noticed right away that my PSD files are not opening accurately. In one instance that I can think of, the PSD layer effect was not the same; probably because PSD layer effects and Affinity layer effects features are not identical. But mostly, my disappointment came when tons of my PSD files have letters, words, sentences, and paragraphs within text boxes, and they are positioned in a particular way with tracking modifications to the millimeter. So, my text content within the PSD text boxes is all over the place; I am glad that I had emergency JPG copies for each file.... Also, luckily Photopea opens the PSD files accurately, and I may have to use that for future PSD file editing instead of Affinity Photo.... But my question here is, if I upgrade to the latest V2, would my old PSD files open accurately?
