Did this already , cleared all user data and still having the same issue

downloaded the v2 affinity photo as had been holding out on the older affinity photo v1 for a long time on my iPad Pro 13 inch A1895. when I start the app it just freezes on the loading configuration. I have tried force quitting the app and hard restarting the iPad. Also tried deleting Affinity photo 1. Still can’t start the app. Very disappointed with this update so far as I basically can’t use it.
