Thanks a lot for the tip with the Beta version, I ended up copy and pasting the layers (except for the corrupted pdf) from the 2.1 Beta to the current version (2.0.4) though, because I'll need this document to be useable by others in my company. Just deleting the corrupted layer and saving didn't make it work with the current version, but this did the trick. 👍

After closing and only some minutes later trying to reopen a file the I have been working on, I got the Error message "The file contains features from a newer Affinity version". The file has been created using Affinity Designer V2 and has only ever been edited using V2. Any possibility to get the file to open again? There's more than 10h of work in this and I have no backup...🤦🏻‍♂️ Thanks in advance! Profilblatt.afdesign
