    Ok I found the solution. I had to go back to Affinity Photo 2 and re-do the purchase a second time. Man, this has been a terrible experience

    I have the same issue, I just bought the universal licence on a Mac laptop via Apple Store, and now I am unable to create an affinity account. I can only buy or enter a login which I cant create... wtfh ?!?
