Hm. There is no Affinity in "Other" :( Is this only possible with the Beta Version of Affinity?

Hello and Greetings from Germany. I bought Affinity Photo and it is great. Love it. But one question: with photoshop I use the dodge and burn technique with adding a new layer with overlay mode and "fill with overlay neutral color 50% grey" option, than I painted the light and shadows with white and black brush. This was the best technique for me. Is there a similar way to work with affinity photo with this technique?
