I have a set of lines (grouped or not) and want to change the line width of all of them at the same time. How is this done?

AP2 does not seem to render Sony RAW files well. Here are two renderings of the same test shot from my A7C both at 200%. The first is from DXO Photo Lab6 and the second (much fuzzier) from AP2. Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
