I have just bought a new Mac and I am trying to install both designer and publisher. I purchased them back in 2021. Every time I try to log in/download it it says 'Activation Unsuccessful. Unfortunately your affinity account doesn't have a current valid license for affinity designer/publisher' however I have my log in and shows that I have bought and got the activation key. How do I get to accept it or log in?
