I tried another one I copied from the Mac that says 72 byte still don’t work.

yes that’s what I thought too but it’s same unzipped files I used to install on the Mac and worked. Very strange indeed I’m totally lost.

Basically only says data as this example not file type or anything. Even tried to export the font from my Mac didn’t work either.

I can’t really see the extension even when looking in the files pretty much the same just not gray

When I select the folder I have unzipped. When I looking in affinity publisher trying to install fonts it looks like this:

I go into: preferences -> fonts -> cloud symbol try to upload from either iPad or iCloud Drive. Only two fonts show those that are OTF rest don’t show. I got it’s unzipped file works fine on mac. Don’t show up on the iPad. Don’t understand why.

Makes sense with the PDF tried to open it and checked font manager to see which font was missing but couldn’t really add the fonts so far only replace fonts.

I mean try to install fonts before opening the PDF but only 2 out of 8 show up for installation. When opening the PDF the fonts in document isn’t shown right since they are not there.

I installed them in preferences choose “fonts” and try to pick font from either iCloud Drive or from local storage on the iPad. I’m trying to install the Akzidenz-Grotesk family of fonts. Some of the fonts apparently isn’t either OTF or TTF since they are grey. Just wonder why it work on the Mac not on the iPad which I find a bit strange.

I have downloaded a beta of the iPad Affinity publisher to make sure it work before buying. A designer sent me a pdf layout including fonts I wanted to open in affinity publisher but can’t install the fonts (works fine on Mac) but on the iPad they are greyed out. When I open thelayout fonts are missing only 2 fonts show that are “oft” the remaining fonts don’t show. Tried for looking for a converter of the fonts but hasn’t been successful after 2 days of trying different things. Any idea how to solve this?
