Performance Issues - V.2 - lagging Brush flow/frame rate

For me, every time I use brush it starts to paint but after a second it kind of stops "updating" canvas and only after moving workspace or zooming in/out, it let's me see the results. -
The subtract tool doesn't work on Windows 10. When I try to use subtraction to remove part of V, it removes it completely. I could use cut tool but cut tool doesn't work on Windows version. Affinity Designer 2 2022-11-25 17-38-44.mp4
