When I go to the ‘restore purchases’ button this is the message that comes up (screenshot) I don’t know if this answers to your second question, but I followed the link provided from the Serif website to the AppStore and I never downloaded a free app, the AppStore made me pay for the app right away.

My issue is very similar to Arcastar’s, I purchased Design 2 for iPad on the App Store, downloaded and opened the app but I did not receive a license. If I follow your instructions and click on ‘buy now’ this simply takes me to Apple asking me to pay, again, for the app (screenshot attached). Are you saying that I have to confirm again the purchase and that Apple will not take my money this time?

As per title, purchasing Design2 on the App store for iPad seems to go unnoticed from the licensing system at Serif, so I spent around 14 euros for nothing, till now. Also, don’t know if this counts, I already have Designer1 and Photo1 on this iPad and Designer1 on my pc. Hoping this will be resolved soon and on another note: is the Serif account different from the account needed to log in on this forum? Thanks, Alessandro
