  1. I did it about 10 times give or take, holding CTRL down when starting the app and going through the process. Not sure if there was anything else with the comp that was causing issues or not but it eventually worked. I can't say. I don't use it enough to know what you mean, though this release definitely brought in some of the missing features I wanted. Only a couple more to go, though Illustrator will be the base for me at the moment as I need the link to After Effects.
  2. Hi Emt, thanks for the help. I managed to get the brushes working. No idea what changed. I reset the prefs using CTRL on startup and import about 10 times and eventually it loaded and they all seem to work ok now. Not quite sure what was causing the issue but it just decided to work after several times trying.
  3. So weird, I wonder why then mine are having errors on Windows 10. Yours seem ok.
  4. I've also just installed the Fineliner brushes from My Account in Designer and they also didn't show or import correctly. Forgot to note, I am using Windows 10.
  5. Hi, Seems like I've found a problem with the brush importing option. I've used the Import previous content option when updating V2 from V1 and it took time and brought over all the brushes, at least in the list. They all view incorrectly, eg a solid block, rather than how the brush should be. I cleared the cache holding CTRL and restarting and same thing. I then imported a couple of purchased brush sets and they also show like solid brushes. Designer 1.10 Designer V2 I haven't checked if it is the same thing in the iPad, but this is showing the same across all purchased brushes. Thanks
