  1. This workaround is kinda useless. The point of needing a smooth transitioning line it to have a smooth line. Removin my harness’s just makes it blurry
  2. This option doesn’t exist for me, it only has accumulation, flow, and size
  3. It is a deal breaker, I’m an artist and the one function I need this for doesn’t work. It’s the only app on the store that has a semi desktop brush engine
  4. If this already a known issue, shouldn’t it already be in process? Because of this, I can’t actually try the trial. It’s buggy and by the time it’s fixed, my trial will run iht
  5. Shouldn’t this be something that the devs should fix themselves??
  6. So I decided to try the trial for Affinity photo 2 on iPad, and immediately hit with a bad experience that I hope is a bug. I’m an artist and planned to use it for drawing and painting. However, just drawing lines with the basic brush with oressure has issues. It doesn’t adjust pressure smoothly and ends up having like, blobs inside the lines instead of smooth line. I’ve seen plenty of YouTube videos of the first Photo, of people using it for liner art and getting smooth lines. Note, this happens with fast or slow lines and adjusting pressure curves does nothing. If I’m going to buy this in ipad, this needs fixed
  7. Everyone I know has cited this program as a great photoshop replacement and even have boasted it as superior. And I REALLY want to like this program but based on the user experience I have had so far with its brushed in the trial, I would not buy nor recommend this program. The pressure is absolutely awful, and I can't blend anything. Also, importing the brushes I have from photoshop just simply don' twork. NO settings translate over. And even when I kind of get the settings similar, the programs brush engine itself just doesn't allow me to properly use them. I can set the flow all the way to 2 and the brushes are still too hard. Its just not a good user experience. I have used several art programs such as photoshop, clip studio paint, Krtia, paint tool sai, medibang paint, sketchbook pro, ect. And out of all these programs I have used, Affinity photo by far has the worst brushes I have ever used. I have attached a photo of me having tried to blend, and it took me a minute in PS to get a semi okay blend, and in affinty spending 10 minutes, I could not get brushes to blend at all.
