I would like simple step by step how to showing how to add a glow effect to parts of an image, in this case navigation lights on an airframe. I am a disabled ex soldier and do not get on with vids, fine if it is your thing but please respect it as not being mine, OK?

G'day folks, I am in to CAD and rendering, Maxwell render has a plugin for PS which allows for fast light and background changes which I have installed into Affinity photo but basically does nothing. Does anyone have some suggestions on getting this plugin moving please?
