What is "Make and Expand" button on Affinity Designer

HI. I have stuck for almost one day, searching for similar "Make and Expand" button as in illustrator. If in illustrator, "Make and Expand" button will make the image/object expand it color to fill the pixel, as show on the image below. If anyone know how to do it, Please help me.
